Viorellya Lesnic is a young artist that represents the Republic of Moldova however; her name is becoming popular in the United States and other Eastern European countries such as Ukraine, Lithuania, Bulgaria, and Romania. With classical training and background, Viorellya is an artist that is taking the electronic dance music to a whole new level. Fresh and with the right groove for this Summer. Viorellya can be found on some of our music lists but, let’s start from the beginning.

RR: What first got you into music?
Viorellya: „At first my vocal qualities were not so good, but I really wanted to grow and make music and to prove to myself that I can, that I can get everything I want.”

RR: Who inspired you to make music?
Viorellya: „I think the main factor that made me continue with the music was the feelings. each song is created by explosive emotions and referring to someone, having its hero.”

RR: If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?
Viorellya: “This is an interesting question and cheats complicated time, here I really have to choose. If we talk about what is almost to me, I would choose Irina Rimes, who is an example for me. And if we take this universal side, then I’ll say Billie Elish.”

RR: What is one message you would give to your fans?
Viorellya: “People who appreciate me have a special role for me, thanks to them I do not stop creating and being strong in what I do. An important message from me would be that everything that is done is done for good. Regardless of shed tears, stress, words you miss, it will make you stronger and you will be able to prove one day who the boss is.”

RR: Do you sing in the shower? What songs?
Viorellya: “I usually do not sing in the bathroom, I love to sing when I hear the piano because I can give me better after him. And if a song is in my head, I can sing anywhere, even on the road where many people are, without realizing it.”

RR: Where have you performed? What are your favorite and least favorite venues? Do you have any upcoming shows?

Viorellya: “I haven’t had many concerts so far, but the Dublin concert was a good experience, I learned a lot of new things and I also met people of soul. Unfortunately, the pandemic canceled the concerts I was supposed to have. Now I really feel the need to bring smiles and good music to people’s faces. I love to see people want concerts, want fun and dance. It is a great pleasure for me when the listeners support you, cry with you, understand your songs, and dance with you. I look forward to delighting my listeners and I think every performer was waiting for this.”

RR: How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?
Viorellya: “To switch to an internet business it takes a lot of work, it’s very nice for artists who work hard, to earn something. It depends a lot on the kind you produce and the country you live in, but first and foremost on people. They are the main critics and amateurs.”.

RR: What is your favorite song to perform?
Viorellya: “f it’s to take from my repertoire, then it’s “Fantastic”, I had an interesting history, thanks to which this song appeared, which will always be a cure for me. It’s the song that turns into the pill that brings a smile to my face.”

RR: Talk to us about your latest release.
Viorellya: “Latest release, it happened a month ago. The production was done in a pandemic, and it shows us that if we want something, no matter what, we can do it. The melodic line and the text, I wrote them 2 years ago, and I decided that this creation should be highlighted.”

RR: Which famous musicians do you admire?
Viorellya: “For me, Jessie J is a very talented human, who adapts with any test, I really appreciate her vocal qualities. I can write a whole list. I didn’t mention any male vocalist, so I can say for sure that Michael Jackson made history in all of humanity.”

RR: What is the best advice you’ve been given?
Viorellya: “A good advice from me would be to go on no matter what others tell you, not to be afraid if you want, man is the unlimited being in achieving dreams. Sometimes we feel that we can no longer, we do not have the strength to go on, but try to prove to yourself first that you can, think of yourself and your dreams, the words of others will not help you, only you are the one best friend, best helper and best psychologist.”

RR: What’s next for you?
Viorellya: “I want to develop my musical career. I want what I create to be listened to and understood correctly. I want my creations to be performed by other singers because that makes me happy. I will try to do everything in my power and at the same time I want collaborations with several artists.”
